This Princess Cadence is a thrift store rescue that was originally in bad shape, so I took her in to fix her up. Her mane & tail were horribly matted so I painstakingly untangled, washed, and conditioned them; the tips were still hopelessly frayed so I also gave them a trim before styling. I also carefully washed out all the marker her previous owner had colored over her wings and around her eyes (please see photo grid for a glimpse at her makeover).
She’s not only been freshly cleaned, sanitized, and restyled, but I also took her to a Workshop to top her off with fresh stuffing; I showed the employees her “before” photo and they said I did a great job with her! Her wings are a little “tired” but the extra stuffing helped perk them up a little, and she’s in pretty good overall shape now; please look over photos carefully as they show her current condition.
