The 40" seat has a 9.5" x 21" seating area and is assembled with mortise and tenon joinery with a UV-resistant clear polyurethane finish. The 1-1/2" polypropylene webbing makes this seat a durable and weather-resistant option, even when exposed to harsh elements for extended periods of time. Our web seats require less care and maintenance than a traditional caned seat. Each canoe seat is handcrafted in the United States.
