This is an Orenz Nero 0.5mm that was custom-made with a wooden body by 4631 woodturning.
The Orenz Nero is new and unused, and has been modified.
The wooden body is made of Marblewood. I believe this is a difficult item to obtain currently, especially the ones with Marblewood.
If the buyer has an Orenz Nero with a different lead size (0.3mm), they can replace the lead themselves.
